Why Membership Matters
Lions is more than a membership card. It's a promise to show up for your neighbors, your community, and causes bigger than yourself. New members bring fresh energy, fresh ideas, and the fresh perspectives our clubs need to keep growing.
A Note to Clubs
- Pair every new member with a mentor Lion
- Invite them to a service project in their first 30 days
- Ask what they're passionate about — then help them lead a project around it
- Celebrate them publicly at the next club meeting
