Two days of free health screenings, including children's hearing and vision.
Tuesday, October 27, 1:30-5:30 PM: free children's hearing and vision screening, blood pressure, MyChart assistance, mental and behavioral health, Alzheimer's and dementia, veterans services, foot and ankle health, hospice care, Lions childhood cancer information, and free lab tests. 3D mammogram screening available; funding available for uninsured or underinsured.
Wednesday, October 28, 7:30-9:30 AM: cholesterol screening (fasting required), A1C, vitamin D and B-12, and PSA testing. Light breakfast available.
Funding provided by local area Lions clubs, District 5m8 Lions Foundation, North Pine Area Hospital District, Thrivent Financial, Casey's, and Kwik Trip.
